Gabriel Conde has been a principal and senior managing director of World Energy Research since it was founded in 2008. He holds a degree in Economics and Management. Through his family’s trust, he manages and overseas a portfolio of oil and gas assets that stretch from Africa to South America. Currently, Mr. Conde is the head of North and South American operations, and sits on the board of directors for World Energy Holdings Co. He is also an active participant in several Central and South American climate change organizations.

Jorge Vizcarra has been with World Energy Research since its inception. Jorge attended one of the most prestigious U.S military academies where he went on to create an extensive background in logistics and compliance. Jorge speaks five languages and initially started with the company as a Sr. Institutional Advisor. After being recognized for his attention to detail and past experiences, he was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer. He has played an integral part in ensuring that the legal framework of the company is adhered to and that the global customer base remains intact.

Brandon Francis joined World Energy Research in 2009 where he has played an integral part in building the Central American headquarters. He is currently the Vice President of Broker Relations. He holds a degree in Business Management and Finance. Prior to joining the firm he was the managing director of one of the largest privately held mortgage companies in the U.S. He then moved on to own and operate a private International Real Estate Investment Company. After selling his ownership stake, he has since concentrated his efforts on financing renewable energy projects.

Sam Barouki joined World Energy Research in 2009 and has played an extensive role in building the retail franchise. He is currently the Vice President of Sales for company wide operations. Sam holds a degree in International Business and a Masters in Corporate Management. Prior to joining World Energy Research, Sam was one of the top division managers for a U.S Fortune 100 Mortgage Company. For five consecutive years he lead the company in sales, and was consistently in the top ten percentile of the organization. He has been in sales for over fifteen years and is a proactive speaker for ethical corporate governance.

Elizabeth Salvatierra has been with World Energy Research since its inception. She completed her undergraduate studies in Business Administration and finished her Masters in Human Behavior & Management. Currently, Elizabeth is the Chief Administrative Officer and responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Central American office. Prior to joining the group she worked for various Central and South American multinationals where she played a pivotal role in human capital management.
